Nice little knife

These knives are pricy, but I like them. They hold and edge well. When they do full they are easy to sharpen.

Good info

My goal is to stop buying bottled sauces and make my own. With about 15 ingredients, most of what I already have, I have found I can make a fresh sauce, and not clutter up my refrigerator with half used bottles of sauce.
