Improperly machined, not to standard of origina.

The center hole that is mounted on a shaft wasn't machined correctly. My appliance repair man had to ream it out manually, and try a dozen times with WD-40 to get it to fit, so one could tighten the one screw. I had to pay him for the extra labor. Not machined to standard size fit.
