Unusable!
5 of 9 found this helpful I have received the device but cannot use it. Two windows missing in main menu (Auto WIN, EOBD). The software downloads are OK, but the device does not work when the diagnostic cable is connected. Changing the language doesn't work either! I need urgent information about the operation. This device is not user friendly!
