Turn of the century passenger car wins.
A good representation of the zenith of wood passenger cars, even though the dies date back to the late 1960's. Model was well assembled.

Katp AC&F Covered Hopper kits.
Kato has made an exceedingly precise plastic kit that is a great deal of fun to build. The many parts fit extremely well and generally just snap together (with a bit of solvent cement for long term operation. Very accurate and well detailed. Probably the nicest plastic railroad car kit I have ever built (in 70 years of kit building)!
