This book is amazing.
3 of 3 found this helpful I've recently had my first anxiety attack. And in the following month after, I was left feeling extremely anxious about my health and depressed almost at all hours of the day, with fear of no end in sight. Then, searching all across the internet for remedies and solutions, I found this book that was recommended by someone on reddit who dealt with a similar experience.
It's amazing how simple and profound this book is. I'm not much of a reader, like at all, but this book felt like it was written specifically for me that it made it effortless to comprehend. I'm still dealing with some anxiety but I'm in totally better shape than I was before reading this book. What is so great about it, is it helps you understand your anxieties and the symptoms it causes, while also offering ways to deal with and accept them.
So if you're someone who has been dealing with crippling anxiety, either recently or lifelong, and have felt like nothing will you overcome it, this book is for you. I strongly STRONGLY recommend it.
