I've used this ink many times in the past with no problem; however, suddenly my printer refused to accept it. The problem is not with the ink; it's a known issue with this printer that others have encountered. I found a fix for the problem printer; and, I am confident I will be able to use this ink after I fix the printer.

    Buyers be aware. The seller only sends half of the cartridge. The cartridge is 2 pieces. You must remove the toner from the cartridge to replace. It's easy to do, but when I've purchased these in the past, they included both pieces. Price was excellent. After 2 communications with the seller, they gave me correct information and all was well. Seller could have solved all of this with a small instruction sheet.
