  I paid for the item promptly. The estimated delivery date of the item was within a week. Over two weeks on and I could see the item had still not been posted. I politely messaged the seller requesting an update. I got no reply. I was forced to log the issue with eBay. I now have a message from eBay saying I'm receiving a refund, with no explanation from the seller. This was horrifically poor customer service and a waste of my time. Buying from this seller seems a roll of the dice. Good luck!
