  Communication is very poor, seller doesnt understand generic queries. This being said, the item itself was perfectly as described per the photos, plug and play into an Australian W211 2003 model Mercedes and was able to bypass a failed OEM amplifier with the harnesses supplied and now have a working audio system again! Very well priced and fit flush into the dash. Thank you!

  headunit was shipped very fast and while i have some install experience with installs i found this product very confusing and frustrating with the lack of instruction. Communication with Seller was very good and a refund has been arranged. overall while upset with the fact im back to square one with the headunit, im happy to at least not be out of pocket and i have learnt more about this vehicle which is also a plus.
