    deliverd late due to the bank holiday but has arrived today packed well exactly as described good value have not tried it yet as is charging there is no excesseries fir the hand held pard but will try and contactzanussi to see if I can buy them as the hand held neads the parts to work as it should but I am sure the item will be ok as all my items I have bought from barnardos have been very good thank you I would highly recimmend this seller and thank you for all the hard work that you all do

    Nothing was to much trouble for Barnardo's Charity, Excellent communication they answered my questions straight away in a honest polite manner. The packer whom packed my package deserves a medal, superb....second to none!!! My item was described perfectly , postage was extremely reasonable for the size of the item, excellent value for the money I paid.
