    Listed As NEW, Plates Arrived With Multiple Surface Scratches. Notified Seller, They Immediately Started Accusations, Said We Were Going To Replace Plates With I'm Not Sure What They Were Referring To...Other Plates I Think. Anyway, We Shipped Plates Back To Seller & Received A Refund. Not Sure, But We Think eBay Had To Step In & Issue Refund. Incredibly Rude & Unprofessional Establishment.     Very clean transaction with excellent seller. Shipping cost seems a bit high but seemed average for other similar items so I returned a 5*.
