    Amazing customer service! Very, very fast shipping. I placed my order on December 9 and it arrived on December 13. The jacket arrived as pictured. Beautiful jacket that was in great condition, but unfortunately, too small. The sizing issue was my fault. I contacted the seller about a return and they were very prompt and courteous. I returned the item and received my refund by December 24. Great experience. I would definitely order from this seller again!

    Fantastic experience! The item was shipped safely, securely packaged and arrived in tip-top condition. Images and description implied it was in used condition with possibly missing accessories, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it included both accessories and even the tag on the zipper, as if it were brand new!     I ordered a Coach hoodie and I have to say that its 100% legit. I ordered about a week ago and for my area, I’d say that it’s really fast. When my product arrived it came in a box with bubble wrap so at least I know it was safe. The product looked exactly like the picture and was super worth it! This store is in Japan and I was there not too long ago, as i looked at similar stores I realized they never carry fakes. I love this purchase and ill def buy again. -LOVE FROM GUAM

    The item was exactly as pictured in the photos, if not better! Love the jacket. Had done a lot of cross comparison for this jacket across the actual Patagonia website, steep and cheap, backcountry, and even FB marketplace and Mercari for used, in addition to eBay. Was hesitant to purchase used because you can never tell, but happy to say that the order exceeded expectations. Also, the shipping time was well communicated and only slightly behind schedule — took 10 days to ship from Japan, not 4.
