    When I arrived home the box was wet and was very disappointed as the box was very flimsy. I knew the manual inside was going to have water damage and was going to need a lot of extra care and attention. I was wrong. The packaging included placing the paper manual inside plastic bag so item met the description perfectly. While other manuals were less expensive the responsiveness of the seller made this a better buy. Similar items were twice as costly. Item arrived quickly (3-5 calendar days).

    Awesome received with thanx. All UK harley dealers are out of stock on this part and awaiting back orders Even Harley Davidson USA is out of stock. This part will be a long time comming but for CTCylesLA. Was cheaper than UK price including postage from the USA. Packaging might not have been brand new but parts were perfect and sealed as brand new which they were. Suggest you bump your price guys.

    I don't write reviews...but this seller deserves one...I thought they were lost in shipment, the seller contacted the carrier and got the ball rolling again (I figured he would have just said sorry) got the part at a excellent price (I think) and am beyond happy with the item and how the seller responded with it getting (lost?/slow movement?) ....hope to do business with again in the future 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up THANK YOU!
