I'm so sorry to hear that you were not happy with these.
1) The directions say to not let burn for more than 2 hours consecutively (as shown in pictures)
2) We've sold 100's of these without any other issues at all.
3) I did not make the candles myself, but I have used them with no issue. Candles melt when lit, and the pictures you messaged me show me that you continued to use them even after leaving this feedback.
I have reached out to eBay for assistance in this issue.

I bought this fountain because it was beautiful, and I have not ever seen one like it. It was shipped perfect. Extra wrapping, bubble wrap, and bigger box around it all to ensure item wasn’t damaged. I had issue (no fault to seller) contacted seller about issues, very responsive, and tried to help with the whole process. My item was exactly as pictured and described. Definitely recommend this seller.
