Product received as listed. Works great, the packaging could have been a bit better. Just a box with a single line of bubble wrap on one side of laptop. With the docking station on the other side shielding it. There was a hole on a corner of the box however that's probably due to USPS and how it was raining the day it arrived. Overall great product, packaging could have been a bit better.
