    The seller is responsible for listing. Shipping was $6 or 7 dollars. Ordered 12 sets and shipping stayed the same until we tried to upgrade to priority shipping. Then the shipping price changed to $17+ . Which was high anyway, but we paid. The seller shipped regular mail anyway. Seller kept giving us some BS story and what a great Ebayers they are. Don't agree and don't deal with. Many better sellers out there.

    Shipping was always set the same, you think you changed it to priority mail, you didnt, "Buyer selected shipping service - USPS Ground Advantage" sent you a screen capture of the ebay order screen showing first class mail. And 1 item never has been able to ship for the same cost as 12 of something, they weigh more. 3-4 ounces to 2-3 lbs,,,,more than doubles the usps label cost. Sorry your order shocked you with reality, we charge what it costs.
