    arrived broken in half, Reluctantly I was refunded, after 1 message saying it was advertised as being broken ( examined listing, it wasn't) In the package I ordered, 3 of the 5 stones were chipped, or broken in half like this one. There are plenty of other sellers from India who supply whole stones. Additionally, the responses were tardy, and , in this case, fictitious. Great if you have no problems; but not reliable or forthcoming if there are difficulties

    Haven't received my order yet but very nice seller, nice communication even helped me to find a good quality emerald in very reasonable price.
