You complained that something wasn't the same even though we provided you the exact colour you ordered. In order to resolve your issue as soon as possible, we sent you a free return label and instructions. However, you refused to follow our advice and requested a refund without returning the item to us, which is against eBay ethics and standards. Kindly refrain from attempting to alter these options. You may still return the product for an appropriate refund.
