    Item shipped within 1 business day after purchase. Notified seller 11 days after purchase item not received from Texas to TN I filed a claim with USPS. Buyer requested refund 18 Days after purchase which I did within a couple of hours. Buyer received item 21 days after purchase.

    I've ordered multiple gaskets. This last go round, the seller held up his end of the sale, but USPS did not. They routed my package all over the east coast delaying the package and when it finally arrived, it was unfortunately showing the wear of it's extended travels. The seller quickly offered to send a replacement and did just that. Arrived in good condition. Too bad USPS can't do their job right. Seller went above and beyond.
