The invitations arrived on time and are printed in high quality paper! Matthew has provided great customer service, we received one invite short however he ensured we got the remaining one asap. The design is beautiful however as a suggestion it would be good to add the 'To' section to write the name of the invitee. All in all we are very satisfied and would highly recommend buying from Happy Hippo Invites :)

Thank you glad you like them and the you got the extra one safely. I did think about this 4-5 years ago but it made the boxes smaller. This is why I gave the option to add the envelopes so you just wrote To and Childs name on the envelope. So glad you like the quality though, I will do my very best never to compromise on the quality. Low prices but high end quality 100% All the best Matthew :)

I’m so happy with my banners they are better than I was expecting. They arrived a lot sooner than I was told and the communication between myself and the seller was fantastic. I will definitely be using them again for my daughter’s 18th birthday banners . Highly recommended.

Item would have been great but arrived with a large crease on it, had obviously been bent while in the post (the sign is not made of hard material) , so should have been packed differently. Messaged seller & sent pic but had no response, apart from 2 messages to leave feedback. So there's my feedback. Daughter still likes it.

Hi, So sorry to read this. There should have been a reply from myself regarding this. I have actually changed the material of these as we have had 4 including yours in recent weeks. I did reply from my phone which I think is the issue as I asked for a pic of the do not bend envelope as these are fully insured and we was just awaiting for this so I could send a replacement. I will contact you today and we can sort this for you today :)
