Only fault in this order had to do with USPS handling of trasporting through the US mailing system and poor tracking notifications. Ex: was notified items would arrive on Mon, then another notification to arrive on Tues, then on Tuesday received notification that package would arrive on Wednesday in which it finally was delivered.

    Item arrived and I sent a message that I wanted to return the item due to poor quality and functionality. I contacted the seller weekly and they never responded to the multiple messages. After 30 days of trying to contact them, I found out I can't dispute this to get my refund. Beware this seller or complain within the time frame Ebay gives.

    We did reply to you letting you know we did not sell you the bracelet you were inquiring about returning. We sold you a knee brace. We do not accept returns for items we did not sell.
