The unit I got was in a "substantial" worse condition to to the picture. My case doesn't properly close the case, and the case is broken. I suggest you contact the seller before hand to try ensure your unit resembles the picture. Mine looks in terrible condition
Shipping speed was good.
Communication wise, well, I did emailed them for another product and never got a reply that I noticed, so you would be the judge of that.

The unit did not booting, I had to re-seat the memory and there are no drive cables l. I know the unit was sold without hard drive but I was expecting the cables to be included. Worst purchased ever. Also it took almost two weeks to be delivered. This is a FAIL!! 0*
