Hello,
I want to share what happened, my hubby ordered 2 of these, and after the delivery date had passed, I reached out stating that we did not receive purchased items, and that I did not see any movement but the day it was first scanned.
Was asking for patience so they could look into it.
Replied several times regarding this issue, several days passed and was notified by UPS that I had a parcel arriving and would notify me with an expected delivery date.
We received our parcel today 9/14/23
