The buttons feel better then the old remote control however the remote supplied has grey font on the buttons around the paw instead of white as displayed on the listing. See photos below in low light and with lights on. These are very hard to see in low light conditions, let alone with a light on. Had I known this I would not have purchased. Fetch - ask the manufacturer to make the text on all the buttons white please...

BEWARE - Fetch is little more than a PHISHING SCAM to get your credit card details. I DID end up receiving a FULL REFUND & return shipping label & "Team Fetch" (whoever you are?) were very courteous & professional in their interactions with me. The owners, managers & directors of Fetch are obviously clandestine credit card phishing scammers though. Seriously you grubs, don't you think this is on the cusp of "deceptive & misleading conduct" under Australian Consumer Law? What grubs you are!!!
