  Great seller! My package went on a long road trip through the USPS to get to me through no fault of the seller and the box arrived late and pretty banged up. Luckily the seller was super throughout, very communicative and helpful, and the packaging was great and protected my purchase even though the outside box looked banged up. A+ seller!

  I received the item but didn't have a chance to open it until yesterday. I was surprised to find that it wasn't the item I purchased. I reached out and they said to send a picture. I sent a photo of the item and was instructed to send it back for a refund. This morning I received a message saying they'd refund me and I didn't have to ship it back. This is what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not hesitate to do business w/again!

  The pics were deceiving, & the description didn’t say anything about them being super tiny. I contacted them but they were NO help at all. The pic looked like they were full sized mirrors. I’d never have bought them otherwise. Return shipping was too expensive. The description should have mentioned the size of the baby mirrors.

We make every effort to provide accurate and transparent descriptions for all our items,  We  include multiple photos to ensure that the product is as clear as possible.Regarding the size,  If you had read our item description, we clearly mentioned "compact size". It's unfortunate that this wasn't clear to you before purchase, but we always encourage buyers to to review listing carefully before make purchase.
