  This seller and this product is fantastic…. The communication was very easy and she was a real help and was very prompt in communication and organised the delivery etc very quick. She was very informative and knew the product very well and despite there being a manual on how to do the 3-4 steps to get it running she provided a link for the unboxing and how to put the chair together, charge and use the wheelchair…. I so wish I had seen this 18mths ago for my dad… highly recommend this seller….

  This supplier has been easy to deal with and very helpful. Sadly, he was let down by the transport companies contracted to do the delivery. The delivery made it to within 60 ks' of my home and then sat in a sub contractors warehouse for over five days and because I needed the item urgently I finished up having to pick it up myself. sad that a good sale was soured by the delivery company.
