*** Will hustle you for $15. 1 of 2 cables purchased were broken, sold at $15 a piece. Explained the level of testing I did to confirm the cable was faulty, tested w/ different machines and sent pics. Didnt ask for a refund or partial refund, just wanted a replacement. More were listed as in-stock, they said they were out. Asked for a timely replacement, lost multiple hours and project seized due to part. They wanted me to pay to ship back, No time, nor do I feel I should pay for their mistake.

The customer refuses to return the units and demands replacements without returning the original cables to us. We cover all shipping costs. The customer posted a screenshot of our conversation, in which we clearly offered options to resolve the issue. We will send the replacements after receiving the 2 cables back; however, he does not want to cooperate.

PSU described as sold without power cord, which is true. The pc cables pictured reflected what was received, except for the cpu cable, which appears to have been cut, which was not communicated. Otherwise, part received as described.
