Will not buy from this seller again. Item was listed as it fit the vehicle, I needed part for. It doesn't. I reach out to figure out what we should do for next step. Person rudely responds back to me. Blaming me for it. I am sorry that I was asking what steps I should take. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

This Buyer did not take the time to read our listing, that has all over "Please match the OEM Number". The OEM is in our listing's heading "OEM M22670" for a reason. We also stress not to go by eBay's Compatibility section, which we have no control over. There are several close up pictures of the item for Buyers to match with their part. Not sure what else we can do. It is the Buyer's fault for not matching the OEM or Part number. The message was that the fault was on us. Not a responsible way

Why leave a Negative Feedback? Buyer has 30 Days to return the item and the Buyer has not even contacted us to inform us of the Issue not has request a return. The issue can easily be that the Buyer did not match the OEM of the part with the one in their vehicle. If OEM are not match the BCU module will not work. It does not mean that the Modules is bad. This and all of our parts are removed from Run & Drive Donor Vehicles which clearly indicates that Modules are working.
