    Although the item was originally shipped with IO shield or M.2 screws the seller amended this by directly messaging and sending the missing items free of charge. I would recommend this seller as all items are as described and working perfectly.

    Purchased Jan 3 and finally arrived Jan 20!! Communication by SENDLE neither timely nor accurate. Item eventually delivered without warning on hottest day in recent record (44C!!) and left exposed without alerting buyer for upwards of two hours! Packaging subjected to crushing on one end (refer attached) and item will need to be properly assessed (when included in rebuild), for heat/pressure damage.

    Received the Motherboard but it was missing a small part as per the listing photos, motherboard was dead, tried 2x CPU's won't work, stuck in a boot loop. The seller was great about the return and accepted it however it's a shame we didn't get a board that was tested as it wasted allot of time waiting but thanks to the seller for being quick and responsive 👍
