Upon messaging seller they are unwilling to communicate not only with the long shipping time and tracking of my package but as well as negotiating a refund or exchange.

Delivery took an age and the product when arrives was packaged very poorly which probably explains why there were quite a few cracks in it which I’ll now have to repair. Seller probably ok but I wouldn’t use again. Very disappointed. Only reason I didn’t put negative feedback is because I don’t really want to have to message/deal with them again.
