This doll is beautiful. She’s very good quality. Her body is just perfect and her face and hair are beautiful. The big negative is that her head and limbs do not move at all. Is there a hint on how to loosen them? Also she did not come in a box and the top of her head was squashed. I massaged her head and it popped back up.

This thing was delivered supposedly flat for the buyer to have to bend and twist to look like the picture... It had no protection in shipping and is bent as if the corner of a box hit it or something.... So it is good for nothing... and nowhere in the ad does it mention that you must twist this thing yourself to make it look anything like what you are buying... Waste of money.... and seller knows this.
