  I contacted the seller as one of the eyeliner arrived broken. The seller promised to send me a replacement and never did. I tried contacting the seller again and i got no response. I had to file a dispute with eBay and just received a refund from eBay.

  Hi, full refund was issued by me not eBay. and it was posted again . Why would I not send and issue refund instead. Sometime Australia post have delays. Anyways thanks for your order.
