Ordered two items. Packaging was reasonable given the items. One arrived with a factory defect. Simply called up the seller and spoke to a nice man who had me email them with an imagine of the defective part. Within the next day they had approved it for a replacement.
Fantastic customer service. Sometimes issues do come up and being able to quickly and efficiently resolve them is number one. Will definitely keep them in mind in future purchases.
