    My delivery when it finally arrived was smaller than what I ordered. There was NO bubble wrap in the box to protect the goods. Seller did not respond when notified about this issue.

    Buyer advised goods had not arrived after a month. Replacement order was dispatched that day at no extra cost to the buyer. We have not been contacted about incorrect sizing. Buyer has also placed other orders with us and claimed non delivery where goods have been refunded. Buyer in a remote area of WA where local courier appears to be unreliable. Bubble wrap is not required on these goods as they could only be broken under extreme circumstances. We have lost over $200 trying to help this buyer.
