I have been buying both air rifles when you could, and various accessories from J S Ramsbottom since 1984, and there is a good reason for that. The customer service is second to none. Item received in good condition, thanks. Packaging with "Fragile" marking was excellent. However, the Seller (and myself) were severely let down by a grossly sub-quality delivery service by Royal Mail, who mis-directed the parcel by sending it to the wrong delivery office three times at locations separated by hundreds of miles in the UK. It wasn't until I telephoned the Royal Mail to severely complain that action was taken to get it delivered correctly. This took eight days instead of two.
