Wrong capacity hard drive sent - 1TB ordered and 500GB received. I suspect this was intentional judging by other comments. The best bit is, when returning the item using pre-paid label, it couldn't be delivered as the seller is not known at their own address! This is a from an Ebay sponsored/promoted seller!

My hard drive was posted and delivered in a few days but unfortunately was faulty on power up. It's possible that it was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller who quickly responded and offered a refund if I returned the item. I instead asked for a replacement which was sent out within a week and the replacement is working fine and I'm happy with my purchase and with the sellers service.
