    NOT a Jellycat & item DOES NOT resemble the pictures on the listing. The frog does not sit upright & looks like a very cheap rip off. Contacted seller who said “the genuine version is much more expensive.” I wasn’t given an apology for false advertising. They should just be honest & not lie on the listing. Very disappointed.

    Great product but it was only sent once I put in a formal complaint with eBay and the seller was incredibly rude and condescending with their communication towards me because of it. So good product but TERRIBLE customer service. If you're going to run a business, at least learn how to speak to people, accept complaints when warranted and BE KIND.
