Seller printed the label and marked item as shipped, but didn’t take the item to the post office for a week. I finally messaged them and then they dropped off the package with the shipper. Arrived without battery but had a note saying it would arrive separately. Waited another week before sending them another message asking when I would receive the battery. Never got a response. Over a month after purchasing the product and I still don’t have the battery. Not as advertised. Extremely frustrated.
