Seller didn't ship item for three days until after I messaged. From order to delivery took 9 days. Worse still, the received computer was missing a hard drive listed in the description. Seller did not respond to my message for four days now. Seller does not allow returns, and must know that ebay does not have a process to deal with received items that are not as described.
