  From the beginning there was a problem with the tracking number it had to many digits I made the seller aware but they did not understand every day I checked if item had moved but nothing so I wrote the seller again and told them they should cancel and refund me I sent a screen shot of the tracking any how I went and checked my mail and the package was there but seller had refunded me so I wrote to the seller telling them that the item had arrived and that I want to pay for it and make it right.

  I had thought the package was lost by USPS. Fortunately, it wasn't. Just tardy in arriving. Seller offered a refund if the shipment was lost- very magnanimous. I would recommend this seller highly and have added them to my preferred seller list! BTW, the guitar strings are of good quality, also.
