  Never arrived. Paid for on the 8th Jan. 10 days to get a tracking number. 18th it was "shipped." Been sitting in QLD since the 8th. It's the 29th today. Got an email saying they're away from the 20th til 2 Feb and "sorry for the inconvenience." My order had been paid for nearly a fortnight before your holiday - where is my f***ing package? No communication. This is your one job. If I bought a meal and it never arrived and no one told me and then the shop shut down around me, you would be angry.
