  I ordered the bagless vacuum cleaner expecting to received 2 washable stainless steel filters, as advertised in the seller's Ebay advertisement however I received 2 white non-washable filters. After numerous emails back & forth, the seller admitted they did not have stainless steel filters to send me and agreed to refund me $15 which I can put towards another unit with washable stainless steel filters however I am still waiting for this refund! I will be contacting Ebay to try & sort this out.

  Item didn t arrive, and nobody knows why. I think Australia Post is often unreliable. The seller has kindly offered to send me another, so what s not to like. Communication from this seller has been excellent. SO I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
