Didn't receive any transaction updates apart from the automated eBay purchase confirmation and a txt from Auspost on the day of delivery. Pros: Item as described, well packaged, fast delivery, works perfectly.
Con: Absolutely zero communication. Only response was a tracking number txt from Auspost informing me that the delivery was coming today. I didn't even know the transaction had been processed by the seller. This is a completely different experience to the other times I've dealt with Manny's in the past, so I'm hoping there's a new guy handling eBay sales who just needs a bit of training.

Super fast postage, great communication, good price. I received the item I ordered -HOWEVER please note that while the product inside was new and unused the box did not come ‘unopened’ as it was opened to replace a US cable. There was no note to say this would happen or had happened. When I saw the cut seals I contacted the seller to discuss it, I was told ‘that’s how it is’. All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.
