Team sellers are very responsive and clear in their instructions. Unfortunately, I made a consumer error and looked at the "Hard Roof" thinking it was 1-2 pieces because I only looked at the OEM part number and not the full description describing a 4* piece roof, clearly shown in other pictures. The Seller was forgiving of my lapse in consumerism and assisted me with the return. Know that shipping an oversized box can be costly, so don't be shocked when you see a return shipping deduction.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I received the completely wrong package and was not able to resolve it with there customer service . I received a bed frame instead of a tinted rzr roof. I haven’t been able to receive my money back or the package I ordered. FedEx has stated that all the company has to do is file a lost package claim and they will be reimbursed. Yet they continue to ask me to send additional pictures of a package that’s is not addressed to me.
