I am a return customer. I have purchased batteries for a hearing aid device. Item didn’t arrive at the estimated time so I contacted the seller and got my money back the same day. I believe that the seller run out of batteries and instead of contacting me and maybe offering a different brand, he just waited for my notes of non delivery. I believe he’s a good seller but with a poor PR skills.
