    I received the wrong colour pram and these people have been so hard to communicate with and can do nothing but offer me future discount after I mentioned ill never purchase from them again.very disappointed as I ordered a specific black pram and received half black half grey!     Good sturdy board, item as described. Works really well. Had bought other Pilates board from other sellers and had to be sent back due to being faulty and undafe.Only downside was the delay in delivery even though a tracking no was provided but couldn't be track ? The seller had good communication skills and was happy to assist. Has offer to compensate me $10 for the delay?
