    Good seller, my ordered was as advertised, except for it came in 2 packages 2 different days. This certainly could have been shipped together, as the box was big enough for about 8 or 10 of the extract bottles. Again, great seller, will do business again.

    Great bottle of hand wash. Seller is top notch in honesty, packaging and speed of delivery. I ordered two . Seller made mistake and only sent one ( hey stuff happens you know!) But promptly responding with apology and made up new package with second bottle and I just received it . All is well thank you for having the integrity to deal with this issue professionally. I will save you as a seller for sure!

    I had delivery issues with this purchase. I received a message that the item was delivered to my home by FedEx on a day and time I was home, it was not! I ended up messaging the seller and informed them of the issue. They got back to me the next day, said they updated the order and it was received that day. They quickly made a correction to someone's error (theirs or shipper) and got the product to me immediately.

    Great product. Weird delivery. Received the product very quickly. However, it was shipped in an Amazon Prime box. Over the next few days received a number of emails from eBay stating that the product was being shipped by FedEx. A few days later received an email that stated FedEx had dropped off the package. Obviously since I received it 3 days prior, nothing was delivered. Just very unusual.
