This item arrived in a damaged state due to inadequate packaging ( just wrapped in a plastic bag ) and didn’t have a fragile sticker
attached. A glass tube is broken which renders the device useless. I have contacted the seller twice with no reply on the second occasion. I asked for a refund which is only reasonable .

Sent me a part for my soldering iron. The nut doesn't fit over the sleeve. Seller agreed it was defective. Refused a return of the item and offered 30% refund. They are a drop shipper from overseas. This seller is a joke and you will have no recourse if a problem occurs.

I waited Two weeks to get my merchandise then out of the blue they give me a full refund!
No explanation of why my product never showed up! nuoso-47 is not a reliable vendor and should be avoided! Absolutely no customer service!
Why would I wait two weeks for a novelty item and end up with nothing! I suggested they send
me a replacement at their expense since the Item was under $9.00! Got no answer and no
further correspondence. Just a here is your refund, we don’t care about you!
