  Package came much quicker than expected and came exactly as described, brand new in box. I was expecting as this was factory seconds to have defects, but it came well packaged with bubble wrap with absolutely no defects. Perfectly functional keyboard and pen. It is also much cheaper than RRP.

  Communication was poor. I received the 'item' a week after the last 'date of delivery' suggested at checkout. The vacuum/mop came in a box for another style from the LG brand. I was concerned that the contents didn't have the mop component. So many messages asking for more information from me, no apology until asked for it. An easy fix would be sending some documentation explaining that the image on the box isn't the item purchased and inside you will find 'style ordered'.

  Very nice microwave, fast dispatch and well packed. However the courier did not bother to deliver to my door, but left the oven on the street many metres from my house, which was disappointing as I am not mobile. Recommended seller. A++ Courier gets a C-!
