I bought the phone, and paid immediately. Then the seller reported the item was not available - that was just disappointing. The refund was prompt - that was good. But then the seller decided to LIE to eBay about why the transaction was cancelled and stated that the buyer requested the cancellation. That LIE was totally unnecessary! - but is enough to convince me that I will not trust this seller ever again. Integrity is everything - always!

Of course I 'agreed to it', BUT I did not initiate it. I had no choice because you were unable to supply the ourchased item. You should have admitted to eBay that the reason for the cancellation was 'you being unable to supply' and not suggest that the customer changed his mind and decided to cancel. Get your story straight; state the truth and accept responsibility for your failed transaction. I trust you even less now than I did before.
