      Wish I could give zero stars. No communication. I purchased an item, they printed a shipping label, then nothing was ever shipped. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. eBay had to step in and refund my money. Bad customer service.

      The seller's description said drain plug "Incl. Gasket". Based on that, I ordered the part (The crush gasket is CRUCIAL to avoid oil leaks). When the gasket WAS NOT included, I sent the seller two requests to drop one in an envelope and send it out. IGNORED....guess one small detail wasn't important enough for them. Went to NAPA and spent another $7 on a drain plug WITH the gasket. What a waste of money and time.....
